BLACK PEPPER CRAB


By LJX Black Pepper Mix

  1. 1 kg of fresh live crabs

  2. 1/2 tablespoon of sugar

  3. 4 tablespoons of cooking oil

  4. 1/4 cup of water

  5. LJX Black Pepper Mix ( 180g )

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO?

Stir-fry LJX Black Pepper Mix with cooking oil under gentle heat for about 5 minutes or until fragrant. Add prepared crabs and stir-fry again. Add sugar and water and simmer till cooked. Serve with rice while hot!
